A classic contemporary silhouette, the Odyssey Torchiere lamp is a triple pole design that flares upward from the base to hold a metal bowl shade. In addition to providing up light, the shade carries light down through the 7” Diameter frosted glass disk. An Adesso patented 300 Watt Double Socket construction allows for two criss-crossed sockets, each holding on/off 150 Watt incandescent bulbs or equivalent CFL's, which provides approximately 3 times more light than a typical torchiere using a 150 Watt 3-way bulb and illuminates an entire room.
